Littlepay looks forward to exhibiting at Transport Ticketing Global and attending the Transport Ticketing Awards, where its ‘multi-operator capping’ technology is a finalist for Ticketing Technology of the Year.
Looking forward to an exciting year ahead
Our new year’s resolutions? First, to keep breaking new ground in the micropayments sector, delivering seamless, secure payment journeys that benefit operators and passengers alike. This has been our mission for more than three years and we remain dedicated to this goal. Our agile product is continually evolving, leading the field in transit payment processing.
In the bigger picture, we pledge to work with transit agencies and operators to help them create increasingly fluid, comfortable travel experiences. By reducing the complexity of ticketing, giving passengers an easy way to pay with a contactless EMV card or digital wallet, we hope to encourage greener travel choices. As the ease of using public transport improves, consumer confidence will spike, with buses and trains winning riders from cars.
Although it is early days, 2020 is shaping up to be an epic year. We have exciting projects underway, which will see Littlepay expand into Europe and other territories. In addition, our innovative ‘multi-operator capping’ technology, first deployed in Brighton, UK, last September, is a finalist for Ticketing Technology of the Year in the Transport Ticketing Awards.
We’ll be attending the prestigious award ceremony on January 28 with our partner Ticketer and client Go-Ahead Group. Win or lose, we’re proud of our achievement launching an industry first – a solution that unlocks potential for collaborative ticketing schemes across operators and transit modes.
See you at Transport Ticketing Global
The awards evening lands in the middle of two days exhibiting at Transport Ticketing Global at London’s Olympia (January 28-29). Our stand will showcase a live demo of tap-to-pay solutions, powered by Littlepay. We’ll invite delegates to tap on devices and view transactions on our merchant portal. This is the best way to show off the simplicity and powerful features of the Littlepay platform.
If you’re planning to visit Transport Ticketing Global and would like to set up a meeting, please get in touch. We’re always up for lively discussion about the future of transit ticketing and we’d love to chat to you about (and show you) the agile technology stack we’ve created.
Alternatively, feel free to swing by stand E12 to say hello to our team.
